The building is a corner house. No board installed outside showing this is SKANS. Have added photos to show you it’s a brown house on the corner.

The teachers dont care about the students and they are late to classes everyday. Everyone is trying to act like a clown. The librarian is a stuck up depressed guy with no joy. The staff are rude and don't know how to treat people who are paying for their salary. Only thing good is when you pass with your own effort you can go oversea with the degree.
