The worst officers working for sngpl ever. Nobody listens to clients problem with the company. They are incompetent and lazy. My problem was not resolved even after 4 visits to Johar town office. Officer Kashif should be fired because of his psycopathic behavior to someone seeking his help. But i guess this is truly unique Pakistani culture where INSHAALLAH is on everybody’s toungh. MONAFIQIN. Laana alaikom.

A good place , but miss manage honestly. No discipline, one more thing that they have mentioned separate line for senior citizens and disabled but that's not operational, employees their are using monilea during job. So its really hectic standing over their and waiting long , difficult for old age people and disabled .

Better to go with printed form with you otherwise you have to pay Rs. 100 for a photocopy of form to agents outside of building. Pure "sarkari" Environment, Couldn't see any SOP related to COVID.

As usual as other government departments, This place is worst. No automation nor any discipline. still living in stone ages. If you ever needed to visit these sarkari dictators, man! You are stuck for...ever.
