We called The Pet City to get our cat's fur trimmed for the summer. The staff here are not professional. They cut our cat's whiskers, which is cruel and unnecessary. Cats use their whiskers to check if they can fit into places. In every book and article that I've read, it says that there isn't any point in cutting cat's whiskers, and it is very cruel and mean to for the cat. Furthermore, while they were shaving our cat, they did not handle him well at all. I do not recommend this company.
