Pathetic service! Pathetic attitude! Answer to your reply: With due respect, I would like to recall that you admitted on your own that your mirrors were dirty and that my 9 months used mirrors were clean than your brand new ones! I appreciate that you checked two boxes for clean mirrors, but either left was faulty or the right! If someone is paying for something, then he obviously requires quality products. As a customer, who has experienced your unprofessional attitude, I would sincerely advise not to show the audacity to send your worker, to take off the mirror which already has been installed and paid for, discreetly. Rather, should have informed me about it too if you cannot offer quality service!

Very rude management. I went for my first service there and they were saying I have no right to come here as I did not buy my YBR G from them. Well Mr. You are a service dealer as well that means you need to provide service to every yamaha bike owner. Not just the ones that buy from you. This is not a way of dealing your customers. Pathetic, I do not recommend this place. Will contact Yamaha and complain about this as well.
