Assalam o Alaikum..i had recently done my SMILE laser eye treatment from smile laser eye centre on 16th Jan..yesterday after 10 days i went for followup..Alhumdulillah my vision is all perfect by the Grace of ALLAH ALMIGHTY and then smile laser eye centre..Being a medical student i sincerely recommend smile laser eye centre to all those who wear glasses..Specially the behaviour of their staff is so humble and polite with their patients..specially specially Rashid Bhai.May ALLAH SWT give them reward in both worlds..Aameen To add up: they give u honest opinion..i came here for femtolasik..but my eyes are sensitive so Dr. advised me to not have it..rather advised me trans PRK and smile..i myself chose smile because it gives instant results so i can continue my study early in shaa Allah

Visited on 20th Jan for information, Receptionist informed that for information and eligibility for laser, I need tests and see the doctor and cost will be Rs5000. No information about the tests provided as Recption staff doesn’t know anything about the tests. Paid the money, Tests started, by the technician, with very poor hygiene, especially machines are not cleaned / wiped before and after use ( during Covid it’s very important to stop the spread). Technician just print papers after the tests, No communication, they treat you like a dummy, did not tell the purpose of the tests, or the benefit of the tests. Doctor ( very poor professional manners, just walks into the room and start talking without introducing himself) when asked about details, and pros and cons of laser treatment, I was told to go the Recption and talk to a junior technician ) Over all poor communication, no-one explains difference between the treatments, advertised prices are misleading.( asked 2lak for smile treatment). I wouldn’t use them, please read about SMILE, LASIK or PRK Surgery on Google before you visit, hope it helps someone to make an informed decision.
