Only two Gurdwaras left in Nankana Sahib out of Nine whenyou see them you feels a historic building feeling. This gudwara also has a very large Water sarower which has died now .This Gurdwara connects with the early years of Guru Nanak. While tending his father's herd of cattle, it was usual for him to let the animals roam freely while he himself sat in meditation. Once a farmer complained to Rai Bular that Nanak's cattle had damaged the crop in his field, but when the field was inspected, no damage was discovered. The people considered it a miracle and that particular field came to be reverently called Kiara (lit. field or plot) Sahib.

This is a gurudwara we visited on a Sikh Yatra in Pakistan. This Gurudwara was built to recognise that Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji used to have cattle that grazed here. The land owner complained that the guru had damaged the grass with his cattle. When they went back with the guru and land owner the grass was perfect and remained more greener than the other surrounding fields. This Gurudwara was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
