It houses a small zoo with rare birds and some other animals. Unlike Tatara Park, Naran bagh authorities have probably decided to keep the park more beautiful by working on splendid gardens. Now, situated close to the Naran Bagh is a sports complex which is home to cricket, hockey, football grounds and also tennis, squash, badminton courts. Its a small zoo specially made for kids with a little variety of birds like peacocks, various species of hens,cranes etc and few animals like monkeys,zebras,deer etc.its a good place to visit to but not with family because its populated and congested,better go to peshawar zoo if you want.
It's a good place and all but you can't bring your wife, daughter or sister or any other person because all sorts of people come here they will stare at you like they haven't seen a human in their entire life I personally like this place and go daily for exercise but do not recommend it for families
Bagh e naran zoo is nearly to its end, because it has been shifted to Board Danishabad, some animals are still available but a few. see below images.
It's very cool and clean... It's look like a park not a zoo... Because there isn't special animals like the king of animals and a few others in that zoo... But it's best for running and exercise...
