The Initiative Organization for Rural Development (IORD) is a welfare, non political, non sectarian and non profitable organization. It was established by two friends, quite experienced in administrative, operational matters and dealing emergency situation passionately & with confidence keeping in view the poor state of living in the rural areas. The intended to improve the living standard of the marginized Rural Communities by providing them basic necessities initially in the province of Khyber Puhktoonkhwa, the most effected province of terrorism but will also work in other provinces as and when required. Vision All human beings are equal in all aspects and have equal right to live in this world with grace & dignity keeping in view the resources available to them. There should be no discrimination on the basis of gender, caste, religion or region. Mission IORD works for uplifting and betterment of all human being deprived of basic human rights with special emphasis on children and women and to provide them with livelihood opportunities bringing them into the mainstream of society
