Lines are horrible, only reason I gave 2 stars was because their staff was respectful and friendly.. they need to get efficient though

First snap is at 0830hours on Monday(3-10-16). U can't see even a single official/staff on chair(none has arrived yet to sit). People are not seen on waiting chairs as a long queue is present behind me(I am in standing in the queue as well). Second snap is to show the degree of crowd at 1100 hrs partly because of the late arrival on staff
Horrific and very irresponsible staff and hate the vvip service
Office is ok but there is a huge burden of adjacent areas that's why there's always rush of people
Too much people, a horrible view is also posted in pictures, by the way staff behaviour is good..
