Totally fraud establishment. For last 13 days I have paid for an item they told to deliver in 3 to 5 days. Now every single morning they tell we have dispatched the item. Every day i ask for tracking number, they give a fake number of Leopard Courier ( their partners in crime). Everyday leopard tells me we will upload the number today. ALL LIES ALL FRAUD. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FAKE WEBSITE. I have now reported issue to FIA Cyber Crime.

I placed an order at symbios.pk at the 11th hour, within a day I had to catch the flight and leave for Dubai. When I told them my condition symbios.pk representatives were very considerate, not only did they delivered my order within a day but the product that they delivered was also of the original quality. Just another FAKE and SCAM based website like the other in Pakistan. The descriptions of products are fake, no details on warranty and refund, I have tried to call them 4 times now on different hours and they dont even bother to pick their phone. It is a irony that eCommerce has been a blessing and convenience for people globally but in Pakistan this is just another way of cheating and defrauding the public with no-one to monitor such websites. Dont pay attention to the positive reviews these are mostly fake from their employees or someone they know. Please stay away and go to the markets check the products and buy from there.
