Such a pathetic way of handling your customers, not responsive at all. Have some basic manners, worst experience ever. Such a great reply dude, I contacted someone else and they were accommodating on Whatsapp, don't tell me that I need to recharge balance and talk to you. You can respond on WhatsApp, such a pathetic excuse. This reply shows how rude you are, if you were professional enough you would be helpful regardless how I contact you. Guys they have zero professionalism, please avoid this place!

I needed much ac maintenence done. I needed, cleaning, filling of gas, shifting the outside unit to the roof. These guys are bohot achi. I messaged for a quote and withing minutes I was booking an appointment for the next day. They were on time, polite, professional, and did a Masha Allah fantastic job. Well pleased!!! They installed brand new ac in my room. My ac start leaking next day. I called them and tell the leakage problem after that they didnt attend phone. Another technician i called he chexked the aircorn the drain was damage during installation.

I got my 1.5 ton kenwood 1838 AC installed from them yesterday. They are the most professional guys I've ever seen. They used a proper vacuum pump (instead of juggaar type fridge compressor vacuum pump) to install. Indoor and outdoor units were installed with proper measurements and angles. The pipes were properly taped. Bcz of vacuuming the lines now my AC stables at 1.5-1.8 apms and it comes down to 1.5-1.8 with in half an hour at 26 degree temperature setting. Highly recommended mechanics and highly recommended AC Kenwood 1838 in 16x19 room. Advice: never get your ac installed without using a proper vacuum pump otherwise air and moisture present in the pipes will get mixed with the gas and the cooling will suffer forever and the ac will have to work harder which will cause it to use more electricity and it will stable at higher amps. SAY NO TO INSTALLATION WITHOUT A PROPER VACCUM PUMP.
