Great place to live and very practical homes. Electricity is available 24/7 and no issues regarding maintenance. Bit far from Rawalpindi and Islamabad if you work there though.
One of best housing community in entire Islamabad Rawalpindi. Gated community with 24 hours security guards. Whole community is fenced and you van enter or exit from entry or exit points. Parks, Masjid and maintenance office all inside the community.

Beautifully maintained residential area, but there is a shortage of water. But the narrow bridge over the Soan (Swan) river has severly restricted access during rush hour. And the traffic situation is going to get worse in the future as Bahria Town Rawalpindi fills up.
Very good community, peaceful and having good views. Community has own service provision and security and is sort of community living.
