This is just an average pet store. The staff is cooperative but appears less experienced. I took my Russian dog to this store for a hair cut and the cutting resulted in bruises all over the body of dog, he is very uncomfortable since, it is very hard for him to sit now. They should be more careful while using machines.

They took both of my cats to the other room for ear cleaning and deworming gave dewormed to me in my own hands said k app ghar ja k dedain khanay main daal dain ja k to bhai main laya kiyun? Mera male cat 7 months old aise deal kar rahe jese bully kutta pakda hua ho... Pathetic people no idea how ti deal fluffy pets and clients. Paseena beh raha tha Dr saab ka shadeed shalwar kameez pehnay hue aur gloves hi nahi. Worst experience ever.

I didn't knew Dr Waheed , just randomly searched online and gave him a call since it was last day of Ramadan and early morning , no one was willing to stitch the wing of a rescue eagle that was found almost laying dead in my lawn , most of the doctors refused and those who didn't refused had no experience with eagles and wanted to experiment. Doctor Waheed picked my call really early when most people are sleeping after sehri and namaz. On his enquiry I told him the situation and how much that eagle was suffering with almost a cut off wing . Doctor waheed came early just for me , performed a small surgery and gave the injured bird stitches, and I was actually really amazed to see that he knew what he was doing and had actual experience with eagles. Not only he gave his best , he guided me with every detail needed to bring the bird back to health and in 2 days, it seems to be healing and in much better condition alhumdulillah. And since it was a rescue, Doctor Waheed charged me very minimal amount, and hopefully this will encourage me to rescue more animals. No one's perfect , but Doctor Waheed and his staff are genuinely good people
