This is a very old shopping market of Rawalpindi. Clothes and Gold shops are mainly found here. Embroidery shops preparing bridal dresses are also common here. Because of competition and an old markets prices are very reasonable. It's is an wholesale market. Bad thing is, roads and streets are narrow. There is no proper parking place here. Better to come here on taxi and for shopping move on foot for visiting different shops. To have idea of prices always visit 2-3 shops before buying costly items.
