Neat and clean air-conditioned office with good parking space however this place is bit crowded. Railway should increase the counters there to facilitate people more easily. Separate counters for senior citizens and disabled persons is also there.

As usual when ever I visit Reservation centre found very cooperative and humble staff to help peoples.
Pakistan Railway Reservation office located near to Railway Station is good place for booking of railway tickets. But you can see from pictures that no such security measurements taken. Very limited space for sitting and very congested area to stand by in queue. 6 to 8 counters for booking. One line is dedicated for green line tickets and for refund of tickets. Apart from all there is good space for parking of cars and bikes. But now you can book your seat by downloading Pakistan Railway app from Google or apple store. Only green line tickets are not available online due to unknown reason.
