I don't know about their services with full packing but I availed the without packing offer as I had alresdy packed my crockery just for the sake of trained men handling my stuff. But first of all they didn't keep their commitment to bring and place packing material between stuff in the truck. The furniture got scratches. Also so much for the trained manpower, I told them to carry my crockery with two people, but they insisted on one person carrying it. And a dinner set plate is found in two halves. So pretty average not 5 star
