Poor service, I gave my laptop for repair and for almost 2 weeks they didn't respond properly. Every time I called them the response was that we'll call you back, which they never did. It's one thing that you're not able to resolve the problem but they didn't respond properly and gave the laptop back after 2 weeks in same condition.
