The place is a bit congested. Such a central location should at least have 10 counters or more. Secondly it's against normal ethics and decency that customers keep standing in front of a customer relation officer sitting on a comfortable chair. Many elderly customers were made to stand since there is no other option! The sitting arrangements is soft cushion seats in a flower like pattern and a few soft stools around rectangular table. Air conditioning is insufficient for the crowd. Sitting arrangements make the place more congested. At a given time there are around 50 to 100 people in this small hall. No counter for senior citizen or for that matter no sign or notice of any such facility there. General cleanines is poor.

Only two employees in the setup and customers have to wait. The present employees do not seem to be competent as professionals. I was not satisfied with the service.

Very small place. First of all it's a Franchise not a proper CSC. Unprofessional and unconcerned staff. Only two counters and one remains close almost all the time. No proper working hours. Had to wait for the staff to resume their duties after long lunch break. No wonder Ufone is losing potential customers due to poor after sales services.
