Stayed the night with my friends, had a blast. We were shivering until we entered the hotel. The hotel had very good service and strict SOPs which helped us feel safe. Awesome breakfast and room service.

The Place is still under development But Love the environment. The Food Is Really Good (including High Tea, Dinner Buffet) But really expensive. Room Service is very fast ! The Rooms they gave us were also excellent The Playground they have in the back and front is Good! I enjoyed the Snow ! Overall This place is really Good ! Would recommend it!
I stayed in PC Malam Jabba for one night on 31st March. Check in was smooth. The room we got had a lovely valley view but the fixed glass of window had stains of cement or paint which doesn't give good impression about house keeping. Room was quite small but smartly furnished. Wash room was too small. The hot water side of wash basin tap was not working when we check in. On our complaint it was temporarily repaired but again stop working after couple of hours. Everything else in wash room was okay. Food was average and nothing special to talk about. Ambiance of lobby and restaurant was fine. On this particular day couldn't find snow anywhere near hotel so no question of skiing. Chair lift and zipline was overpriced in comparison to the value or time of activity.
Best hotel in malam jabba....we enjoyed high tea ther...peaceful environment ...overall experience was excellent....
PC Malam Jabba is a wonderful place to visit. I went with my family on 21st March and the next morning we experienced snowfall. We enjoyed ourselves a lot though due to the weather we could not enjoy Resort activities. The staff is very cooperative especially the staff of the Front desk. Food was also excellent especially the morning breakfast. I will recommend this place and soon in sha Allah, I will visit again ...............
It was one of my best trips ever. Enjoyed it so much that I came 3 times in the past month, not only I enjoyed it but my colleagues also loved each and everything. From the room to the service every person working on the PC was extremely kind and very responsive. my Special thanks to the GM of PC hotel Malam Jabba who made sure none of us have any sort of complaints. Will surely come back again very soon.
The food is good. The place is comfortable. They have a nice and secure place to park. The service is attentive. The only slightly annoying thing was the pipe music that just kept looping this one song and competing with a love local talent. Had to request them to turn it off. There is a cover charge when you enter but it is adjusted in your food bill.
PC Malam Jabba is probably the only location where you would want to stay with your family during winters. It comes with central heating, ample amount of hot water and a very safe and secured location. The rooms are quite comfortable. Food is exceptional. Service however requires more attention and customer centricity. It was utter chaos at the time of check in and check out
