Worst company as they will take months for returns. I had 10 calls with them and shared information with them many time, but when you talk about delay they will say SIR app call nahi uta rahey. Bhai jab info dedi tau kion 50 bar call kar rahey ho.

I googled how to become a filer in Pak, and this website came up. It looked simple and I just went through the wizard-ish steps and made online payment using my card. In a few minutes, I got a call seeking details of my \wealth\. After exchanging a few emails and answering calls in the next 2 days, I was told my application has been filed in FBR. After a week, i got my filer certificate via email. Process is a bit cumbersome but they try and help you out and make it simple. After a month, I noticed bank is still deducting charges on non filer rate. So I simply emailed them and got a call back within minutes. The lady explained to me the law quite clearly and concisely. Happy customer. Will file again next year iA through them.
