Extremely hyped place. So had to go to bonsai as half of my fav restaurants were closed on first day of eid. It's not as good as the reviews suggested. I have a big grudge against the value for money and the misery of serving only one bowl of noodles. Family bowl soup is for 900ish something and good for three people and taste was not as good as it's suppose to, crackers were not hot at all. The only good part were the chicken and beef we ordered.

If I could add no stars, I would add that. Horrible food, the staff has zero knowledge of the ingredients being used, the beef chilli dry was an absolute disaster, the spring rolls seemed like leather, the soup stank of feet, truly a devastating experience. Never again shall I visit and would encourage others to pick a different place as well. Simple waste of time and money.

Food was Pathetic and didn’t taste like authentic Chinese/ Thai . Was full of Pakistani spices and masalas and looked like eating desi food . Moreover also causes heart burn later . Never ate Asian food that tastes this bad

The place is nicely set up, there wasn't too much rush when we went so that was a great bonus. The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the food is also above average although the dishes were on the spicier side which is why I've left out a star in my rating. Good experience on on the whole!

Not gonna lie, I wanted it to be better Decided to check this place out after seeing it on instagram. The place itself was very clean and classy and the service was amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing. However, the food was pretty disappointing. It’s not that it tasted bad - it just tasted SO average. I wouldn’t NOT recommend the place, but I would for suuuuuure say that you should try some place else instead. It was just SO average. The Bonsai lemonade does NOT!!!! taste like lemonade. At all. It tastes like the salad dressing you get at Hibachi places. The mojito also was a complete fail. The drinks were the only thing that actually tasted bad tbh. The food didn’t taste bad, it just wasn’t anything special AT ALL. I did like the dynamite shrimp though. Should you go? If you really want to - I think you’re better off trying some place with a more unique taste instead.

Sushi was below Average - The Kind of Rice Used is not ok for Sushi Thai Papaya Salad - Average. Missing some key ingredients. Garlic Rice is - Below Average due to the kind of rice used. Teppanyaki is also - Below Average Over Hyped with Low quality of Food

Really good food but staff needs to learn to treat every customer with respect. Seemed to judge my friend and I for seemingly not having enough money to afford two lunch deals instead of one (we ordered one because the quality was enormous and it was enough for us two). They knew we were two people and were quite rude when serving us, insisting we order more food and only giving one of each eating utensil on purpose.
