The work they do is fine. The owner does not negotiate on price so I'd like to think he doesn't negotiate on quality of parts either. They do need better qualiy assurance; the workman forgot to place back one of my car's sensors, so that meant an extra trip back to the workshop for me. Secondly, they had greasy fingerprints all over the fabric they worked around, so I'll have to get that cleaned. Lastly, as is considered a norm, they pasted their shop's name and number sticker on the boot of my car. I had just spent 22K denting and painting my car and this was an eye sore and difficult to get off without risking scratching the car. The workshop should not put their stickers on other people's property without first seeking their permission. Advertisement is not for free, I wouldn't mind if they were paying me a monthly fee for advertising their shop on the road!

Yeh aik bud-tameez aur bud-tehzeeb admi ki dukan hae, jo khudd ko aqal-e-kul sumghta hae. A made a serious mistake by getting my car AC repaired by them, a very bad experience. The owner of this shop is illmannered, inconsiderate & rude. They don't accommodate customer complaints regarding their poor services and try to create a scence by shouting to avoid incompetence/malpractice. Totally unacceptable behaviour. You would be a fool to visit this place. Inn sae khair ki koyie umeed na rukhaien.
