Store was unattended and kept waiting at entrance for 15 minutes. A bell at the door also didn't work.

Very poor customer sales service. Un-professionals, un ethical. Wish i cud give their customer support less than a star. Hope other people have better encounters with them.

Unfortunate series of events. Ordered a single chair. Almost took over month for delivery. When they promised only 1 week. 25% advance taken . Even thn delivered with old chair used scuffed side handles and possible broken hydraulic. Good thing is CS is way pathetic. Non-professional , quick mouth personales.
