I'm a student here since February 2019. This institute is highly profit oriented. They provide substandard cooking equipment and utensils for the students to practice cooking with. The ingredients are almost always low in quality and far from fresh. The quantities in which the ingredients are provided are not sufficient enough for proper practice. The management/administration is almost always looking for ways of fining and penalizing students for absurd reasons. I wonder when they'll start charging money for breathing. The air conditioners in classes do not work properly. If you go and complain about it at the office, they \politely\ suggest that the class can be conducted in the garden. In a nutshell, the amount they charge for courses compared to what they offer in return is downright unsatisfactory and needs a paradigm shift.
