Had a bad experience . It has only been a month using their service and i had subcribed for six bottles . My Apartment was on second floor . It was all going good but after some time the delivery guy changed and the new guy told me that he can't carry the bottles all the way to second floor and he can only carry it till first floor . I said it was none of my problem as it is company's duty to provide the bottles on my doorstep . After a little argument on that day he agreed to supply the water on my doorstep but next week he again said he can't carry , then i called the customer sevice but they also said that the delivery guy is right as he cant carry that much .... So wth is my problem its thier duty to send two three guys or to find any other alternative like trolley or anything . But no result .Now its been third week and i have decided to cancel the subscription. Dont know what type of company it is where a worker , a labor decides the policy of company . Pathic !!

dirty dusty bottles comes with a high price but the service they deliver is extremely pathetic and poor. Customer service doesn't exist at all this company is nothing but a freaking scam AVOID them

For seven years iv been taking water from them without any issue .. But this year the service has been extremely horrible... After several complaints and not ending up with any solution as the delivery guys as well as the customer service guys think they know it all.. I decided to cancel the water delivery...to my surprise when I cancelled it I was told that they would not pay me my deposit back as I had not given any and that the bottles I had were bought from somewhere else... Can you believe that... When I gave them details they wanted paper evidence of payment which I did not have as its been 7 years... The officer told me I could not do anything about it until no proof... When I told him how is it that you have been supplying water for all this time he said you gave us empty bottles from the start.. Which I don't understand how I could have those as they are company bottles... After a heated argument I told them to keep the money and that I was going to post about it...i was told to do as I wished... So here it is...
