I was totally helpless and severely depressed. I had negative thought towards everything. I had a habit to cry over little things. Then I decided to get help from a specialist who can fix me up. I've decided to get treated by Dr Faisal Farid because he's experienced in his field. He listened to my problem and suggested cognitive behavioral therapy and gave me a medicine. At first I wasn't sure if I can be fixed. But there therapy really worked like it's a Miracle. I'm now living a positive and happy life due to Dr Faisal Farid and Dr Zainab Fatima, who's my therapist. She's doing a really good job and keep me motivated and resolve all my mental illness related problems.
