Before sending my laundry I asked them if they use whitener and softener for towels, their reply was yes. But they did not use any detergent. Poor linen washing. They lost my two shirts. I send them what’s app and called them many times but they did not receive my call neither reply my WhatsApp.

I just gave two dress shirts on Wednesday 30th Oct 2019, and today is Friday 1st Nov 2019, and I still haven't received my shirts back. I contacted them and their delivery persons are enjoying a holiday today, while I am GLAD it's not a Sunday and I don't desperately need my clothes for office tomorrow. Find some other service like FabriCare, or search Google for a better laundry service provider in Islamabad Rawalpindi area.
