Delivered what was promised in perfect wrapping and sealed with warranty card. I hope it will last 10 yrs but looks good for now. The mattress is not superhard neither soft rather perfect blend of both. Ordered this due to back problems and I think it would do the job. if required will order again, from order to delivery was pretty straightforward. thanks
