This is one of the very great initiative taken by the government of Punjab. It is very convenient inside here. Everything has a proper system and it takes place in a very efficient way. The staff here is very hospitable and polite and the building itself is always very clean and tidy. We can easily make our •CNIC •Bay-Form •Driving License •Birth/Death Certificate •Etc

The Office is huge and the interior of the building is good as the place is not congested. The Reception service is ok. The service at the counter was very good and nice as the staff is professional and well trained. There are more than 6 counters available so the waiting time will be less in comparison to other Government Offices. Ample Parking space is available. Overall,it was a good experience.

I visited this office with my family on 24-Oct-2020 for renewing my expired CNIC. Very surprised and very happy to see the neatness of the office, politeness and respectful behavior of the staff (& officers). First of all the guard told us very politely to wear masks to be safe from Corona virus, then we went inside, there was a guy standing who was giving tokens, he asked us for which service we want token (because there are multiple services provided there, like motor registration and driving license etc). Then he guided us to go to NADRA office on 1st floor for renewing expired CNIC. We went upstairs, there was another guiding person standing outside of NADRA room, he listened to us and told to wait for some time because all officers were busy with customers. Then he sent us in and the staff checked our expired CNIC and guided us very well. They had no objection so they sent us on ground floor for data-entry. We went down, the guiding-person gave us tokens and guided us to the data-entry room. They enteted our data and mobile number etc. Then we were sent to NADRA office on 1st floor again for final process and any modification in our record if required. My card was expired 2.5 years ago and my marital status was changed from single to married 6 years ago but I had not informed NADRA about that but they did not say a single word and entered my wife's data after seeing original Nikaah-Nama. They asked if any of my blood relative (father, brother) is with me as a witness. They took his signatures and thumb impression, I submitted the fee and we were free in only about 1 hour. There was no rush, no hassle, no worry. However, please remember to bring photocopies of required documents with you, I think and I have heared that there is no photocopy machine for public in the office. Overall it was surprisingly pleasant experience.

Extremely sluggish staff.They dnt value your time. Staff here keep on enjoying there Facebook while the que is getting larger and larger. They think people are free from all affairs. 3 hours for issuing learner license! They are the only reason people in Pakistan dnt even bother to get a driving license. I will suggest to keep driving without license then to go to this sloth hole. Pathetic....!

I visited for my id card renewal, after waiting for 3.5 hrs, my turn came, staff was quick on work, but in the end they punch the I'd card and ask me to photocopy the punched card and submit. To my surprise, they is not a single photocopy machine for applicants. So I have to walk to a shop in a nearby market, wasting another 15 minutes. Upon complaining the senior officer, he responded that Nadra is a federal dept and e-khidmat is under Punjab govt and we requested many times to Punjab Govt but they didn't have us a photocopy machine.
