Now days Umrah visa need Etimad biometric verification,, So today is Monday 1st April 2019, and I go for there to biometric for Umrah.. This office is present at Imtiaz super Mart's 2nd floor Qayoomabad. Separate lift from Eitmat office. First security check check your documents and pass inside,,, Then a officer here as 2 Questions about yours eyes and fingers is properly ok ? Because is there is any cut on your fingers they rejected you. Then make appointment token number from first respection counter,, Then go inside and wait for your turn , to payment in cash counter, They call you as your token number.. 1180 for each, process fee . . Then again wait after paying they call you for biometric.. Approximately you are free with in 1houre, if you go early before 10am ..

Staff are thieves. You have to be extremely careful. Advisor name Usman and his Manager changed the appointment from Normal to Lounge without my consent. I will be reporting them to Saudi Interior ministry. Thy need to be sacked to learn the lesson. Check every receipt before you sign. Ask tons of questions from these thieves

Good facilities provided by the office. The location is convenient. Same building of Imtiaz super mart. Situated on 2nd floor. We reached there for hajj biometric with the schedule on Sunday 10 am. Total process took about 20 minutes for me and one person with me. May be less croud because of Sunday. But they have many booths to cater large number of people.

I want to give them Zero star but that option is not available. They dont have anything what we call customer care. Etimad website is giving me an error and I can't book online appointment. In short it is website bug and I tried to call their customer service numbers for 20 times but no one is picking the call. I sent them emails but no one bather to reply. Then I sent my friend to Etimad office and request them to solve but they replied we cannot fix it and only solution is that visa holder has to come and will wait for his turn or else pay us extra for lounge. Pathetic organisation is always trying to trick and rob people.

Appointment is better and time saving during peak days. But you can visit without appointment too. This place is usually not very busy.

They usually dont pick up phone calls. I tried almost 20 times and only one time my call was answered and after that the no. Was kept busy. Their attitude is highly unprofessional. Never dealt with such pathetic people in my life.
