Absolutely pathetic, and that's an understatement. The word doesn't do justice with the service these guys provide. Totally unreliable. We've had really bad experience with these guys decades back where they stitched the dresses in completely wrong size. The latest is that they ruined a bridal dress for a close relative. The color was wrong, beads coming off of the dress. Horrible!
