Pathetic customer service, it’s been four months now and the internet has not been fixed (we have literally been living on 4G). This guy called ‘Ali’ who deals with clients does not answer his calls after a few days of “I’ll send someone later today” Page on Facebook literally does not take residential complaints. They charge you around 25k for installation and provide internet for a good two-three months and disappear. DO NOT pay for their services it’s all a scam.

Worst service in town. Almost 4 weeks, they have taken the installation charges but have not installed anything; No internet no TV. No one is receiving the call, or calling back or taking ownership. Worst worst worst...Highly not recommended...

One of the laziest staff and irresponsible people. My internet service wasnt workung for the last 15 days and had to literally mock them to work. Workers have been witnessed using abusive language towards customers on customers back. They ask for the monthly as soon as the day ends but provide service which not even up to the mark of any good service provider. Stay away from their service Ptcl is better
