First time visit and came back to this location several times after speaking with Ken. He breaks down really complex subject matter for a golden retriever to understand. I go there to learn, he never puts any pressure onto purchasing a specific product he does ask a lot of questions, questions I wish my doctor would have asked me because after following a supplement routine, switching up my diet and workout I’ve seen great results. He’s way more knowledgeable and advanced than any dietitian and nutritionist I’ve consulted over several years and many monthly occasions. He’ll break it down fast and give you notes if you ask him to do follow up email he comes through with pages of hand written material with scientific links to back up any claims. He never includes corporate studies either which I found very appealing. Very honest and an exceptional extraordinary person.

GNC has an MVP for sure. My mother was plagued with migraines, went over a whole conversation ended up FaceTiming her and after awhile he deducted a real simple solution. One month later and my mother no longer gets migraines. He’ll suggest supplements but also nothing contributing factors that we would never of thought of. The doctor just wanted to give her injectable intramuscular Demerol which does work but has a huge addiction potential. She’s now off the meds and no longer suffers. We can’t thank you enough Kenneth

Please be informed that, I’m experiencing very bad Attitude / response by GNC ZamZama store where nobody bothers to attend customer’s call at given cellphone number & due to this arrogance customers like me feel anxiety while need to know about availability of required supplements before visiting store. Whoever is owner or CEO must take notice of this lethargic staff & make them responsible to cater the customer in prompt way. SZS.

Most of the products are not available in stock, in all the branches they have big issue in the shipments, the stores are empty from most of the products round the year. Customer service is also so pathetic, staff is not courteous, doesn't respond properly. They also don't know when will the product back in stock, always asks you to call them after 20 days and when you call the cycle continues.
