We have been buying meat and booking qurbani with meatpro since 4 years now. The meat quality is very good that is why we have been ignoring the mishaps which happen every time! Firstly, they tend to mix up orders so one has to check and recheck! Secondly, They never deliver on time. This time we waited till midnight. If there was a problem, they should inform the customers instead of either telling them since morning that meat is About to come or not picking up the phone! We came back home at 3:30am after the issue with customers was settled by the police! And this happened in 2016 as well. So not recommended any more!

Quality of meat is really good with nice packing.Recommended for Qurbani services. Need to improve delivery timings only. Best of luck for this Bakra Eid

I love meat pro. They are very honest and courteous. Despite negative attitude of people the meat pro team remained patient. They have delivered all orders to their customers.
The treatment i received today ( EID 2016) at the meat processing plant was very hospitable. I was told that there were some delays due to certain genuine problems the plant was facing. However, the people were not able to understand. Not only did they call the police and media claiming they have been scammed and all their money taken, they also looted the delivery truck, when it arrived taking more than they had paid for resulting in a shortage of 15 goats. Even then the staff tried to handle the situation and were offering complementary soft drinks.
Meat quality good in PWD branch. Service people has zeero service quality! Very irresponsible and un organized! You cannot come out of the shop without increasing your BP. Same goes for booking orders on the ph from this branch. Very poor service! I have reduced my orders just because of the irresponsible behaviors of the staff! It's going on for about a year.
