Unfortunatly purchased a steplizer from them but later found out that it is not a complete solution the product doesn't handle under voltage or over voltage and when I contacted them the main beard and rude guy Mohsin started to give silly arguments and told me that we can include an additional kit for Rs.300. The problem is not the additional money but the sheer waste of time and trust because it could have damaged my equipment, why these desi venders don't educate customers properly? these people are running a website a facebook page and even a store at daraz but nowhere they have mentioned these important details I would recommend them to consider adding these details where they display their products. For people reading my comment I won't recommend them for buying products because they waste time, handle complaints rudely and don't provide complete details for their products.

Few days ago I purchased voltage stabilizer aka Steplizer from them . I wanted to use it with my Deep Freezer, The model was SL-2500, I was obsessed with toroidal transformer therefore I choose them to buy this product but when I opened the chases I was extremely disappointed by looking at the quality of wires used for internal wiring, The wires were thin and soft, and I am not only talking about those connections which were used to connect voltage meter or leds I am also talking about those wires which are going to take load for my freezer I think you can get better wiring in cheap 3v battery operated Chinese toys but here I have to use it with my freezer where as per freezer manufacturer I have to use socket with 7/29 wiring. also they are using a cheap readymade 12 volt adapter to power something in relay board and I don't think these tiny adapters are built to function 24/7. Overall I am very concerned for its smooth operation in long run.
