It’s the same center and same doctors, I have visited numerous dermatologist in my life and in various countries across the globe due to of my severe case of psoriasis for the last 10 years. However, one of my biggest mistakes in the history that I went to consult Dr.Amna Ahmer @ Institute Cosmetique, Lahore. Unfortunately, this so called herself a dermatologist is basically a general physician and extremely unprofessional and lack of etiquettes in dealing with her patients. I was given a treatment within 5 minutes without even a thorough examination. On top of that, prescription I received was basically given to someone else too as my name was correct and gender “female” a word document file saved in her flash drive was just printed out by amending my name. Anyhow, the moral of that review is that after applying the prescribed medication I have had a severe reaction and was even unable to walk for almost a month. Tried to contact Dr. Amna several times but she was unable to look at the case and wanted me to book their online consultation. Luckily, I consulted with another top dermatologist and stopped her medication immediately within one week. Nevertheless, Dr.Amna is good as a model on a ramp but certainly not as a doctor!

Their lab is horrible. It takes you atleast an hour to get a simple blood test done. There is only one guy who is handling the computer and then running around getting the sample. On top of that his system hang up after every 2 min for good 5 mins and you are looking at his face aimlessly. If you need a receipt or the test result, wait another 30 mins because their printer is on top floor which need another guy to be called and then asked to bring the print. This take 2/3 tries because the print never go through in the first attempt. If you need your receipt to be stamped, there is only one company stamp in the entire and the guys keep running around to find one. The ground floor is highly mismanaged with untrained staff. They are cross and loose talking with eachother despite the fact the customer is standing on their face especially when docs are not around. Improve your lab or close it down because it is affecting you reputation overall. The doc procedure is good.
