Nice and clean environment, but registration desk male staff is inexperienced, less system awareness and too slow on operating computers. Registration itself takes for one person is almost 30 min. and even 2 additional staff came and joined the slow-mo guy on registration desk but were only chit chatting. It seems no proper training was given to the staff by the Management!!!!!! This is not my first visit, in last 1 month I've visited at least 5 times and it's the same issue. Is the Registration for 1 person is too hard to do that it requires 30 min.? Very Poor process. Disappointed!!!! IDC Management have to wake up now.

Neat environment, but it's useless when the procedure is non user friendly. it's 3 hours since we are here. And it's still not done. Staff needs Training for basic Microsoft word and short Hand. The Officer on desk takes one hour just to fill the details in so called Online setup.

Neat and clean environment, staff is friendly and cooperative staff. However procedure for Covid test should be same for all the labs in Pakistan. I went for a covid test in IDC Abbottabad for travelling requirement and I was told that only passport number is required nothing else and today I was in Lahore and went with a friend who was traveling when he went for Covid test to IDC he was told to bring his passport, ticket etc. If it's procedure it should be followed by all IDC branches.
