LearnOBots was founded in July 2014 with an aim to make Inventors and Makers of tomorrow instead of producing a whole new batch of just consumers and followers. It is a way to go beyond the boundaries of a classroom to explore and work in other domains. We give hands on training to kids in the domains of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEM). Through our workshops and educational kits we help kids to identify their passion and channelize it into a productive hobby; make exciting stuff, create new things and find solutions to real life problems. Our goal is to make good scientists, engineers and innovators because we believe that they are the key to our bright future. They drive nation’s innovation and competitiveness by generating new ideas, new companies and new industries. LearnObots was founded to address the following needs:  STEM based learning at school/college level is very popular around the world but we are still very behind.  In this rapidly growing tech world where we hear of new inventions every other day a gap is increasing day by day between the new technologies being introduced in the world and our academia.  A way is needed to cope up with the rapidly changing market dynamics.  There should be ways to apply classroom knowledge into solving real life problems.  There is difficulty while choosing a career because of no idea of the field one wants to go in.  There should be a way that lets the students identify their passion and channelize it into a productive hobby which can later on result into an intelligent career choice.  There are very few productive activities and hobby clubs available for our kids in Pakistan.  A platform is needed where intelligent people with common interests can come, share their ideas and Make exciting stuff together. A platform to practice ‘Do it yourself’ Maker culture
