I ordered quite a few magazine subscriptions earlier this year for my company’s waiting room. Since the March 2020 lockdown, they have not sent any magazines, and my employees have called them multiple times to ask for a refund. Their representative Adlina Gill said, “your company’s owner has no patience”, and “our company policy does not allow us to give refunds” when an employee of mine asked yet another time today to asked for a refund. In this day and age, a customer service representative who not only refuses to issue a refund, but also insults customers has no place in any company. Shameful attitude towards customers.
