We buy from mothercare for quality But honestly the experience I just had really makes me wonder is it really worth all the money one spends to get the best for there child I bought a play pen from mothercare with a changing mat they have but just after two months it began to tear When I went to get it checked they said that they would call us to tell us when it will be replaced or repaired I called them 2 days after and they said they would call as they haven't heard a reply from the head office yet Later today when I called they said that they haven't heard of any complaints against the product and that they take no responsibility for the damage I am extremely disappointed and I am writing this review just so no one else goes through the crappy customer service that these so called high quality product stores offer!!!
