need to maintain water standard/quality, water taste is bitter some time, thats mean more chlorine that is harmful for kidney... please be careful, its a matter of public health poor customer service and many times they deliver dirty and leaked bottles!!

I have been using Nature water supplies for 10 years now. Water quality is good but since Ramadan, the service took a rapid decline with frequent skipping of the water supply. I had to call customer support several times but even that was a worse experience itself. Since mid of August, they stopped water supply for no reason and without informing any in advance. I called many times and the only response I get is tomorrow, day after tomorrow and so on. Now their UN is also “TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED”. Other customers are facing the same issues. Nature water has gone from Best to Worst. It’s about time they “Stop lying with their customers”

Very poor supply. For weeks no response. Complaint staff no response. Business Mgr Ijaz, also not effective. Suggestion: Better close the company, or change staff than earning a bad reputation.
