Rude response from given phone number that too after 3 hours of leaving the message. Person who responded was arrogant and refused to introduce himself nor let me speak to someone else of the management. It was a rather astonishing behavior by OW Motors representative. Timings for opening the dealership was not adhered to by the staff. I personally visited the dealership and waited for more than an hour for OW Motors to open and left disappointed as it did not open till around noon, well after the given time of opening up given by OW Motors.
