I was very stressed out after getting an order I paid extra to get delivered early got canceled. Thankfully the people over at paws and claws got my order delivered within 2 hours after I expressed my urgency, very good people. Definitely support them.

Beware , the prices are insane they charge twice as much then super stores do on food items and pet accessories , bought a cat flee collar they charged me 800rs for a cat flee collar the same brand flea collar costs for pkr 400 in super stores . Highly not recommended if your looking to buy minor pet accessories would suggest to check the prices at your nearest super stores first and compare.

The shop is beautifully made and it has got almost everything you could ask for. I would give it 5 stars but the staff was not friendly and helpful. Please train your staff to give the best experience to the customer. You may have the best things in town, but if the human interaction is poor, I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Good manners, friendliness, helping your customer: this is not just good customer service, it is also basic Islamic etiquette.

Love the place, huge variety to choose from. Deducting a star coz of staff. They were not friendly & helpful, I had to use Google search about some products.
