If there would be option of giving 0 star, I would give them 0. 3rd class people still has a class. PEL customer service staff has no class. Extremely poor performance, always in an effort to waste warranty period.

We have 32 inch LED display issue, they fixed it in 2 days with full strip for Rs. 3900. Tech was very cooperative and gentle.
