stepping in Pizza hut we were met with a series of disappointments. we had decided to dine on the ground floor but the ac wasn't working and because it's a technical issue we let it slide. we ordered the triple train pizza which for some reason couldn't be served so we let it slide but the major reason was the behavior of the waiters , irresponsive and idle attitude, which hit the last nerve we had a verbal dispute and decided to leave out of humiliation . we could have left immediately after all that but the manager insisted for a second chance to which we reluctantly agreed. but then again served an uncapped ketchup bottle which isn't honestly not so hygienic or proper. the pizza was quite awesome but for an international chain we weren't expecting such a foul behavior. ( this review is only applicable for this branch)

We visited in Ramadan for all you can eat offer, we were 7 persons and the bill was almost Rs.7000/- service was very slow even the dates for Aftaar was not provided for 7 persons. Pizza was good. Setting arrangement was small, AC was okay but we enjoyed.

Good as usual but it's loosing it's taste with the passage of time. The new brands are more delicious and yummy whereas Pizza Hut is not inspiring as it use to. May be we are just feed up with it.

This was the branch near dolmen mall...it was a bad experience..half of the menu was not available...there was an empty salad bar...the place was smelly...we cancelled our order and went to Pizza Max...
