Typical government office. Be prepared to spend your whole day running up and down to different people. The upside is that it's easier than before and the people are nicer. Surprisingly I didn't see any agents like at other government offices.

Good shelter area in side for waiting. NBP is also inside for payments. Ramzan timings are 10 to 2 pm n for juma mubarik 9 to 1 pm

I got my Protector stamped on my Passport on 13 Nov 2013. The staff are cooperative and courteous unlike many other govt departs. But the procedure was unnecessary visiting 2 different bank branches at Baloch colony for 2 payments. I hope they have corrected it by now. Got my Passport back on the promised date, while I had flight next day, without any special favors or requests. Keep up the good job!
