Department of public health is milestone of visionary movement “restoring hope building community” Health is foremost challenge for developing countries, in order to cope the challenges of Health it is necessary to develop innovative thinking and management skills in health professional. The Department of Public Health was established at UoH in 2012. First program for health professional was offered Master in Public Health (MPH). It is our pride that first Batch has successfully completed their studies and honored with Degree of Master in public health 2nd Batch will be graduated soon. MPH degree is designed to prepare students to address the broad mission of public health, defined as enhancing health in human populations through organized community effort utilizing education, research, and community service. The University ensures competency based approaches to curriculum design for Public Health Education. The evaluation and assessment of the MPH program with outcome and impact data will ensure relevance to the current and future emerging challenges in the field of public health.
