this gym does not care about their customers, the guy working in the gym was very rude to me and treated me with no respect and even started to raise his voice at me, he even said to me that we dont care if you come to our gym. He tried telling me im using too much treadmill and the electricity consumption is alot, however i am paying for the service of using the gym, not the cost of electricity of the gym. he then tried telling me he is the owner of the gym when i demanded to speak to the manager/owner. He then said to me i will be charging you more from tomorrow and then was trying to suggest i take out a membership. Very unprofessional to talk about electricity consumption on the gym, Your gym should be providing a service to your customers, i tried explaining to him that i have almost spent 1500rs, he said to me we dont care, and then they wonder why businesses are not so successful. its because they do not treat their customers right and the ghy needs training in customer service!!! avoid this gym at all cost.
