I asked for an upgrade in November and they gave me a verbal price which was more than the website listed price. I asked them to send me a proper quotation which they failed to send and later renewed my existing contract (Virtual Address). After 1 month wait they send me invoice, I again ask them to send invoice which they have not sent as of now! I don’t know why the hell are they sending me the invoice despite of numerous email communications. Poor customer services, I’ve worked with Regus saudi before but never expected this. And one thing for sure, I will not pay for a forced renewal
