Good place to buy fresh fruits & vegetables. But as is usual in many other markets; the fraudsters are there too, sitting alongside the genuine, honest sellers. These fraudsters would not hesitate to sell you rotten merchandise hidden behind fresh produce. Never be shy of personally checking the freshness of what you buy. Always be prepared to pay a little premium for quality. For the careful buyer, it's an awesome market.

Fresh vegetables are available in abundance and prices today are at very low level. Lack of cleanliness, heaps of rotten vegetables in the sroundings. Parking for customers vehicles is insufficient. Shopkeepers are throwing water and garbage on the walkways.

But 1 suggestion is that if you really want to enjoy cheep rates and fresh vegetables you have to come early before 8am and come with your relatives or friend to buy in more qty as it cast cheaper. Buy in bulk for 2-3 houses and gain good discounts

Local vegetable and fruit Mandi. The rate are as are in general market. If you want to buy in bulk then you can participate in auction. The rates from auction will be three times less than market. But for auction you will have to visit early in the morning.
